"Find My" on Intel iMac not working with Sequoia

After upgrading to Sequoia (5k iMac, 2019, Intel), "Find My" doesn't provide a location for friends that I am following. It does display my own location correctly.

I see their locations on my iPhone, iPad and M2 machines, so I know the location data is out there. Strangely, the "Devices" and "Items" tabs are working for friends' device locations.

A bug with Intel Macs? Bad preferences? A setting to toggle?

Thanks.

Thanks mrokloricred37, unfortunately that did not resolve my issue. It still takes a few minutes to go through the 'Locating' process and then finally ends with 'No location found'. Their names are there, and they can be clicked on. It just does the 'Locating..' and then 'No location found' process.

I appreciate the suggestions.

Interesting fact for everyone; at least for me. The issue is unique to PEOPLE in Find My. Those same people I can see the location of the phone, their AirPods, all DEVICES. I can even see air tags (ITEMS) no problem. It's just PEOPLE that seems to be broken. Is everyone else experiencing the same issue or is all of Find My not working (ie. all three tabs). Thanks for the additional insights everyone.
