Missing Video - Unhidden

Hi, I recently unhid a very sensitive video from my "Hidden" folder in Photos and it suddenly went missing. I tried looking for it manually, by date, in "Recently Deleted" and all other folders, yet I couldn't find it.

Any kind of help would be much appreciated, thanks!
