Ever since I updated to iOS 18, all of the photos that are kept forever in iMesssges are gone from “see all” within message. How do I get them back?
I tried the following
back up cloud and restore
Reset Network
Turn on/off Imessage with a Reboot
Started a Complete new Message and lasted 1 Day and problem is back
didnt fix
October 17 happening to me as well….apple WTH
I upgraded from 17.x to 18 and mine show up under imessage. Did you upgrade your device also?
try rebooting device.

I'm experiencing a similar issue. After updating my iPhone 12 PRO to iOS 18, I noticed that photos shared in my messages, both sent and received, are no longer appearing when I go to a contact's iMessage and click on 'Photos.' However, I can still see all the old pictures and screenshots on my iPad, which hasn’t been updated to iOS 18. I'd like to resolve this as soon as possible. I checked my settings and my messages are backed up to icloud "forever"
I just updated the software on my iPhone 13.
Unfortunately mine is only showing one ‘top conversation’ which is incorrect as well. No other photos either. 😕
The same thing happened to me. I searched for a solution and nothing. Apple can you advise us about this??
