“keep with next paragraph” style attribute in Pages for iPad

To prevent headings from being orphaned at the bottom of a page, I have always styled headings in MS Word, then later, Apple Pages, I have always set the “keep with next paragraph” style attribute.

Where is “keep with next paragraph” style attribute in Pages for iPad? I don’t see anywhere to set that option under paragraph styles in the Format menu.

FWIW, isn't it odd that Paragraph styles don’t default to “keep with next”? Who wants a heading by itself at the bottom of a page?!

I hope I’ve missed something obvious and you all can enlighten me.
