Error saving video on iOS 18

Hi guys,

I am having a weird issue on my iPhone 14 Pro, updated with iOS 18. Let me try to describe it best, some people might also experiecing it.

I used to save recorded gameplay videos with Xbox Game Bar from my PC while playing, directly in my Captures folder on PC. The Captures folder automatically syncs with my iOS devices, so it's easy for me to just post them on my social apps.

Before posting them however, I need to crop them, so I used to do it directly on my iPhone in the Photos app. This is because I have a 32:9 aspect ratio monitor and in order for people to properly see it, I crop it to 16:9 using the Crop function within the Photos app.

After I updated to iOS 18, the exported video is being synced, but now when I crop the video and press Done like I used to do it before, I get the error "There was an error saving this video. Please try again later."

This never happened on iOS 17. I still have my work iPhone that has 17.7 and still can crop the videos properly as I tested it. I assume this has to do something with iOS 18.

I googled answers but it's still probably a fresh issue and couldn't find any solution.

I still think this is an iOS 18 bug, expecting to be fixed in a later update.

Until then, I will have to use my iOS 17 iPhone to do it.
