I just purchased the silicone MagSafe compatible case from Apple, along with the MagSafe charger. It is not working when I lay the phone (with the case on) on the charger. Do you have any tips for getting it to work? I tried different outlets. Thanks.

I’m having the exact same issue. iPhone 16 Pro with an Apple Silicon case. My MagSafe charger is from a third party, but always worked perfectly prior to this. I’ve confirmed it’s not an issue with the outlet and done a hard reset on the phone. Even when removing the case the charging still doesn’t work. I have gotten it to start charging very intermittently, however I’m not sure it continues to hold the charge. At this point I’m waiting for iOS 18.0.1 to be released (likely next week) to see if that addresses it.
