I have a new Iphone 16. I bought the MagSafe case and a MagSafe charger and it won't charge. I restart my phone and it shows the phone is charging (but it's either charging VERY slowly or not at all because the % never increases), but I don't want to have to restart my phone every time I charge it! Any help?

"MagSafe" is an Apple proprietary term. I believe it's also licensed to other companies. So, if you actually bought a MagSafe charge and case and not a more generic product, it should work. Apple MagSafe cases work just fine with MacSafe chargers.
If these are recent purchases, I would take them back to AT&T and return them.

The case may be too thick. Make sure the MagSafe charger is for iPhones and that it has the right voltage.
