Hello all! If anyone is running Compressor 4.7 on a Sequoia system, please report that all is well! I particularly need the Blu-ray authoring function, hence me staying at Compressor 4.7 for the foreseeable future!
I could install Sequoia, and if it's not good, use my TimeMachine backup to revert the OS, but it's a hassle!

I can't speak to Blu-ray encoding specifically, but 4.7 does function correctly for file conversions in macOS 15..
You could install Sequoia on an external drive and test that with 4.7 and disk burning. .

Unfortunately I don't have version 4.7 of Compressor.
I urgently need that version, I saw one of your posts and I would be very grateful if you could send it to me.
I bought a new Mac Studio M2 Ultra and I don't know why Compressor 4.8 (which already comes in that version) doesn't have the option to Export to BluRay.
Can you help me by sending me version 4.7?

Compressor 4.7 works correctly with Sequoia 15.0.1, both exporting to DVD and Blu-ray.

I’m at the bottom of the video production food chain, in a public high school AV dept! Compressor is invaluable for Blu-ray, but for DVDs I’m still using the last version of iDVD on an old MacBook Pro! The encoding quality is there, and you can’t beat the vast built-in menu themes! 🤷♂️😆
Most of our video productions are also going to our YT channel.
