New Stickers Disappear Immediately (iOS 18 Messages App)

I have an IPhone 15 Pro Max and having the same issue with stickers disappearing as soon as I create a new one. The issue started when I downloaded the new update IOS 18.1. I think that is the issue and not the phone itself.

I finally erased my iPhone 16PM, while keeping my eSIM, and restoring from the iCloud backup that I did right beforehand. It fixed the sticker issue just like others have said too. I agree Apple should have already fixed this problem and a tech from an Apple Store confirmed it was an issue they were aware of as well. For me, I was just sick of having the outstanding problem so I decided to use the solution that worked best under my circumstances- I understand it may not be the solution that works best for others.

SO any updates ?? Like HOW do we fix it ??? This is literally happening to to me too w my new iPhone 16 (not pro max) and like yall said iOS 18.1 didn't fix anything either ..

From what I have read on multiple forums the only thing that fixes it (usually) is the nuclear option: backing up the phone, erasing all contents and restoring to factory settings, then restoring from the back up.

I have been wrestling with this for the last month and a half debating whether to go nuclear. It probably is t worth the trouble (including logging back into scores of apps) for me over stickers. But the broken feature bugs me to a point t of obsession.

IOS 18.1.1 and still not fixed! Apple should be ashamed! It's such a disgrace. Samsung phone owners just laugh at you! Apple!!!!! is it too difficult for you to fix it? What update or even new iPhone do we have to wait for?

Apple 16 Pro. Just upgraded to iOS 18.1.1 and suddenly my stickers are gone. Woot! I tried to make a new one, and then watched as it vanished into the same “No Stickers” screen. No matter where I try to add stickers, and no matter how many times I try restarting my phone, they’re gone.

I’m not sure what you mean here. Can you elaborate? What are group stickers? Where do I go to turn them off? Did you get your stickers back or this only allowed you the ability to create new ones again?

it’s been about a month now that my stickers haven’t been working. i’m almost to the nuclear option. my only question is can i back up now and restore using this back up to save all the other information from the past month or so i have to go back to one from before in order to accomplish this.

With my 15pro max the same. Sticker are disappearing immediately. The fun part is that I created stickers on the 15 and there they disappeared but on my 12pro max (company phone) they are still available. New ones can be also only created in the 12. all my devices are in iOS 18…so what’s going on?

I’m having the same problem with my iPhone 13 pro since updating to the latest iOS (18.1.1). It was working fine earlier this week, but since my phone restarted I haven’t had access to my previous stickers or the ability to make new ones.

Stickers are back since iOS 18.2 update.

In messages, I tap the “+” then “Stickers” and all my stickers, old and new appears.

I can't find stickers in this discussion forum.

Stickers may appear depending on the app used.

I FIXED IT for my iphone 16, I turned it off and did a little restart with the holding my power button and volume up botton together, until the apple appears then let go of the volume button and give it a few seconds then remove you’re finger off the power button. Then I updated my phone to IOS 18.2.1.

The Apple Stickers within the emoji pallet on my iPhone 16 Pro Max, with iOS 18.3.2, sometimes appear for text messages, but it is random, and I cannot identify the reason for this inconsistent systemic performance. There is an annoying bug in this iteration of the iOS 18. It appears like the Apple Intelligence Playground app is not playing well with others.
