Car Play not working on 16 pro max with usb-c, tried 10 different cables. can someone help please??

Tried 10 different cables but IPhone 16 pro max refuses to be recognized by my 2021 Honda’s Car Play, old phone with lightning works fine. Does anyone have a solution??

New IPhone 15 not recognizing car or the other way around. I just got an iPhone 15 , I upgraded from a IPhone XR. I used my old phone to play music threw usb cable in my car . My car does not have CarPlay. And it baffles me that a new phone can’t do what a 5 year old or more phone did. Contacted Apple and their answer was get a usb c to 3.5 adapter. 🤦

iPhone 15 doesn't recognize USB-C a 3.5MM cable I purchase Apple Adaptador USB-C a 3.5MM and also Iphone 15 but it phone doesn’t recognize adaptator as a device. I already upgraded software to IOS 17.1.1 but it does not work! Also when playing music all FB, instagram and other Apps stay in mute and music too! very bad [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Buy a quality cable that passes data instead of just charging.
