Cannot delete a device in Health app that has no data, help please!

Hey all,

Currently using an iPhone 13 pro with latest software.

If I go into Apple Health, Click my Photo, then click on "Devices," it shows a fitness watch named "Element Rival," with a Bluetooth icon in front of it. I own this watch (not using any longer), but it was never linked to Apple Health. If I click on it, it shows "No data found," which would be correct. However, there is no option to Delete it.

I have tried the following:

I did logout of the associated Element App made by Wahoo, I did unpair the device within the app, I did unpair the Bluetooth connection from my phone settings, I did unpair the iPhone from the Rival Watch, I did uninstall the app. I also tried going to my apple account, Media and Purchases, and removed my iPhone device. Also, multiple re-boots of the phone.

I still have the Element Rival watch, so I can re-connect it, if anyone thinks that might help?

Otherwise, I need some help please. Again, no data was shared from this device to Apple health.

Ty!
