Apple music keeps disconnecting from car Bluetooth when song change

I have the iPhone 14 Pro. When I connect to my cars Bluetooth and put on Apple Music it works fine,UNTIL I change the song. Once I change the song the phone disconnects from the cars Bluetooth and I have to reconnect it. It’s only when I use Apple Music. If I use another music app it doesn’t do it just Apple Music. Why?

Apple music playing every time I connect via Bluetooth to my car I am bringing up an old question because I have not yet seen an answer to it. I have an iPhone 13 and every time I connect to Bluetooth in my car, because I want to hear some thing like an article being read to me or maybe it’s YouTube, II have to listen to apple music at the same time as the article or whatever app I’m trying to listen to ! if I pause the music player then everything gets paused, I don’t even have the app open when this happens and there’s no way to shut it off as soon as I swipe to close that music playing app and start to listen to my story again it turns back on. I don’t even use Apple Music but I have two songs on my phone. What is going on that there’s no way to control what is played through Bluetooth? Do I seriously had to delete the songs on my phone in order to prevent this? I should be able to use Bluetooth for whatever I want.
