With the new iOS 18 I’ve noticed that the memory on the calculator is not retained anymore when you shut down the app.
Anyone else noticed this and any idea how to fix it?
This is changed from before iOS 18 though.
it makes the memory function almost useless.
the third party calculator app supports this functionality.

Never mind. I cannot duplicate this behavior. The last calculation result remains for me even when closing the app.
Does the memory remain or just the calculation result.
MR is highlighted showing that it has memory. You can recall the memory and even change it. When you close the app and reopen it, MR is no longer highlighted as the saved memory no longer exists.
