Since updating this morning when I move windows around on my cinematic display they JUMP to full screen if I even get close to the top of the screen. How do I make this STOP!

I don't recall choosing Epiphany2022 as my handle but that seems to be what it is.

Not sure of the intent of your comment. Some sort of superior attitude that is generating glee, seems to be on display. Obviously, there is something in the past I am not recalling.
I hate this feature so much! Thank you for asking for a way to turn it off.
If your window expands to fill the screen, all you have to do is double click on the top part of the window and it goes back to the normal size.
Mine were all off. I tried the steps mentioned. Nothing changed. Until... I toggled one on... and they all turned on. Turned 'em off... no tiling!

Thank you for this solution. This feature was driving me nuts! I hope Apple does not continue it in future updates! At least not as the default.
The issue seems to have been solved for me by disabling "Drag windows to menu bar to fill screen" in Desktop & Dock settings
