Good afternoon, my names is James Williams and I have a iphone 11 with ios 18 and no eye tracking. I’ve been looking foward to this and it says it should appear in accessibility and yet i don’t see nothing. Please fix this.

You don't have Eye Tracking on your iPhone, because it is a feature which is NOT supported on an iPhone 11. The oldest iPhone which is supported is iPhone 12. The iPhone SE (1st generation) and iPhone SE (2nd generation) don't support it.
The iPhone 11 series phones came out in September 2019, have A13 Bionic processors, and don't support it.
The iPhone 12 series phones came out in October – November 2020 and have A14 Bionic processors.
The iPhone SE (3rd generation) came out in March 2022 and has an A15 Bionic processor.
The iPhone 11 series phones are about two and 1/2 years older than the only iPhone SE model that supports the feature.
The iPhone 11 doesn't support Eye Tracking because it lacks the necessary hardware. To use Eye Tracking features, consider upgrading to a newer iPhone model that includes this capability, like the iPhone 14 or later. For more information, read How to fix iOS 18 eye tracking not working.

Which is stupid though considering what the phone is capable of doing if it was the iPhone 10 would’ve made sense but why exclude the 11 if the iPhone SE can support it

Your iPhone 11 Pro does not support that feature.
It is worth noting that the iPhone 11 does not support the feature corresponding to the eye tracking button found in the control center. This raises the question of why this particular button was included despite the lack of support for the feature.

Did you read any of the posts above your post, where it's been explained that iPhone 11 can't use the feature? You need an iPhone 12 or newer.
