Forgot screen time password for my iPhone

My mom has set a new time limit for my iphone11 few days ago and we have just found that she forgets the password for it. When we try to change the password, it shows that we can type the old password for time limit but the things is no matter which old passwords i typed in, it still shows that the passwords are incorrect which I 100% ensure that the old passwords that typed in are all correct. I then tried to enter my apple id. I tried my apple id and my dad's apple id as my phone used to be my dad's phone. The apple id and passwords i typed in are all correct, I'm sure about it. However, it stills shows that the passwords for the apple id are incorrect. I have tried for 19 times and I'm really desperate right now. I don't want to reset my phone, what else can I do to solve this?
