Forgot the screen time password. I can't reset it

Hello, I have set screen time on my Iphone 6s. And I forgot the screen time password code. In order to reset the password, the system asks me to enter the Apple ID. But when I enter I get the error "wrong password Try again later and number of attempts: N".

I tried to write the same username and password on the site https://appleid.apple.com / there enters the account. More than once I tried to change my password and write again.

How can this be solved? Help solve the problem.
