Where are Apple’s Card service centers located?
Where does Apple source their card service centers/call centers? Is it 100% US based, or is it overseas?

To the best of my knowledge the support centers used are all US based.
Apple Card Mastercard is a co-branded. Support is provided by the bank that Apple partners with the issues and services Apple Card Mastercard.
Goldman Sachs contracts the support to a third party company that specializes in support services. They are not Goldman Sachs or Apple employees. To the best of my knowledge the majority of the support services are out of Orlando, FL.
Support for Apple Card is somewhat split because iPhone issues are dealt with (ideally) by Apple Support, they frequently get bounced to Goldman Sachs. In reverse many Apple Card/ Goldman Sachs issues are sent to Apple.
If you have specific issues, I may be able to answer without violating the community’s terms and conditions.
No issues! Trying to decide to get the card….I refuse to own a card that off shores customer service. From your answer it sounds like neither Apple nor Goldman is boasting about 100% US based customer service. Darn.
