I have a simple table set up to calculate gas mileage. The total is about 11 digits longer than I would like it to be. I thought I was using the proper steps to round it off, but nothing seems to be working. Any help would be much appreciated.
I believe you are using Numbers. In this case, the formula should be:
ROUND(Total Miles÷Amt Refilled,2)
A better way, though, would be to format the cell (in your 1st screenshot) to only display 2 decimals:
