Something has converted all my Ventura admin accounts to standard

In Users and Groups, something has converted all my admin accounts to standard. I'm running macOS Ventura. I'm able to login and use my Mac except for those functions that require admin privileges.

See if this stil works...


There isn’t a “single user mode” any longer. You need to boot into Recovery and use Terminal from the Utilities menu.

If you are trying to remove .AppleSetupDone, you might not find it on the System volume.

Copy this line to text edit or such so you can see the very important spaces...


rm -i "/Volumes/Macintosh HD - Data/private/var/db/.AppleSetupDone"


Once you boot into restore mode look at the top of the screen for Utilities>Terminal.
