Time capsule replacement

Hi everyone

Hope you are al well.

I have 3 original time capsules (Apple) which I have upgraded the hard drives and have been using for some time.

I would like to no longer use the 3 and just buy a new time storage device that will work well with network or wifi.

I would like to know if anyone can recommend out of the 2 links below which would be the better unit.

I will remove the hard drives from my Apple time capsules and install them on the new device.

Did you check Synology's compatibility chart for compatible hard drives?

Do you know what the make and model number of the drive might be in your Time Capsules? Apple used various drive manufacturers in different models of the Time Capsule.

Please do not purchase Synology or WD or anything else until you know that the hard drives that you will be removing from the Time Capsules will work in the product that you are thinking about using.
