I have an iPhone 13 Pro, iOS Version 17.6.1 and for the past month I've been getting duplicate notifications on my phone for everything. I saw a fix for this where you turn off notifications for the apps, shut down and restart your phone, then turn them back on was supposed to fix it. It worked for about half an hour and then right back to two notifications for every app. Is Apple aware of this issue and working on a fix?

Even with iOS 18. Double notification. Only few apps like "X".
Is it a problem of not updated apps?
