What should I do to have my music working on Apple Watch?

All my songs from music app in my iPhone are greyed out on Apple Watch. I have paid Apple Music subscription, songs are downloaded. I’m not using iTunes, every song is being searched and added to playlist via Apple Music app. Any issues with these songs on iPhone.

Due to this issue I just can’t go running listening to music on my watch without iPhone. Watch just loses it’s sense.

I have watch Nike 7 watchOS 10.6 and iPhone 13 Pro Max iOS 17.6.1

Could anyone pls help?
