Apple Watch Music/Playlists

Hello.

My watch app used to allow me to upload the music playlists I wanted from the apple watch app on my iphone.

All good.

Now, ever since ios update, I have ever song I own on apple/iphone 'listed' on my watch, but it wont play. The only playlist from my iphone that I want to play on my apple watch is 'Running playlist' (for obvious reasons). I have uploaded it about 15 times. The playlist shows as there, but playing it is not an option. Every playlist shows as there.

PLEASE - How do i control what music is actually on my watch? the 'upload a playlist' in the watch app is not doing it right!

I've done a factory reset, and nothing has changed.
