Can my phone be monitored via open source license and work app told to download

Anytime I get on discussions I have time limits on I have to approve the extended time limit twice. I was told I had to download an app for for I deleted the app but feel that my phones being monitored via op pen source licenses and deleted apps. I reset my data usage after deleting apps but it all says that deleted app’s are using data under “uninstalled apps” and I don’t make many phone calls but in 3 days it says I’ve got over an hour of used phone call time. How do I make it so that my phone isn’t jailbroken or monitored? I’ve not downloaded any apps other than what my work told me I had to download which I deleted? I’ve also got calendars I cannot delete. I have sort of calendars in my iCloud and tried deleting old calendars but can’t. I’m able to get on developer pages when I’m not an apple developer and disk my sign up to be one.
