What should I do If Apple TV+ won't connect on Roku?

I applied for AppleTv+ on my iPhone and when I try to access it on our Element TV with our Roku device a window pops up saying: Something Went Wrong

To ere was a problem connecting. Try again. And then 2 boxes marked not now OR try again. Every time I hit “try again” the same message appears.

Another user (mygreensocks) suggested this procedure from Roku Support staff, which reportedly helped several users.

  1. Remove the Apple TV app,
  2. Shut off and unplug the streaming device (or TV),
  3. Wait 30 seconds,
  4. Plug the streaming device (or TV) back in,
  5. Reload the Apple TV app.


Else try the Network Connection Reset, as mentioned by user Jarieta.
