Co-parenting with kids Apple devices
Divorced parents with multiple Apple devices per kid. What is the best way to share access and monitoring with the limitations of using one parent’s Apple ID?

You can have a second approver for Ask To Buy but that's about it as far as two parents being involved. Note that both have to belong to the same Family Sharing group, with all that entails.
