No Sound, No Haptics

Hi, my iPhone does not play sound at all no sound including typing sound or sounds that are produced when silent mode is off, even haptics are not available of any sort. I think it’s a software issue because once in a while sound & haptics do return after I restart but go away randomly.

I have restarted my phone, reset all setting, updated my phone but nothing will work after I do all of these my phone will play sound for a few seconds then it makes a weird glitchy noise and it just stops working and then after that whenever I play a sound weather it is on Apple Music, YouTube or even my sound and haptic settings my phone just freezes, but when i connect it to a bluetooth speaker it works perfectly fine I just want to know if anyone else has had this issue or how do I resolve this issue?

I have seen multiple posts on this community regarding people facing same issue, if anyone has got any info please please it’d be a great help.
