My wife is getting the message “update payment details” which goes on to show that her payment plan fee didn’t go through.
I pay for that under the family sharing option.
when she clicks the ‘update payment’ link it goes to purchase sharing. On. But that’s it no other options. I’ve tried via my iCloud but can’t seem to rectify it.

Update on this. My bank tell me the regular payment DD has been cancelled. They cannot tell me why but I need to set it up again, how do I do that?
