Supscription of the family

So basically the situation is that my mom just bought the family subscription apple music. So we all joined in family on Settings. And on my mum‘s phone, there is written that he shared Apple Music with my dad,me and my brother but if we go on our phone and settings, there is not showing we have the apple music subscription. And what is weird is that on my mom’s phone it been shared to all of us (thats what it is saying in settings) but when we go on our phone, we see we haven’t any subscription on the setting. And we all update our phone and have the right ID but it just won’t work and showing us that my mom shared us on the settings for the Apple Music subscription. Please help us! Thank you!
