Frustrated with no multiple downtime option for kids

Will Apple ever allow multiple downtimes? If we could schedule lunch hour, an hour after school, ann hour in the evening and then off for bedtime and everyone is clear and we avoid “But YouTube can be educational!!” Or “I was just finishing!” Or “I WAS turning it off!” Or “I just need Snapchat for a school project thing!!”

I hate being in constant negotiations, and it would

be so much easier if the system made it simple. Anyone found a clear, clean, simple system?
