buffering issues with Samsung TV connected to AirPort Time Capsule via wi-fi only.

Beginning yesterday a new problem has risen when I try to view Samsung TV Plus internet channels. Now it has buffering problems when I select a different internet provided channel. I've been viewing this channel since the purchase two years ago of the Samsung TV. Yesterday suddenly now it takes almost 3 minutes for a channel to load. When I tried to ask Apple how to check the signal strength of the wi-fi from the AirPort Time Capsule to the Samsung TV, Apple woud not talk to me about this question? The AirPort Time Capsule was purchased in 2016. I don't know how to check the signal strength of the wi-fi signal from the Time Capsule to the Samsung TV. Can anyone help me with this?

If it's a Samsung SmartTV then there are Internet connectivity tests/diagnostics accessible from the TV's menu.

If those tests indicate the Internet is reachable and no other problems, then it isn't a Wifi issue. Perhaps your TV firmware needs updating?

That said, a Time Capsule is a terrible WiFi access point in 2024...it only supports WiFi 5, and not even with the most robust bandwidth. You might want to think about a new WiFi router even if you keep the Time Capsule for backups.
