What are the new keyboard shortcuts in Pages on my Mac?

Since the last update (Sonoma 14.6.1) I have noticed changes to keyboard shortcuts.

For instance, in Numbers, making a return in a cell has changed from Opt-Return to Ctrl-Return. Figuring that out took a fair bit of research.

Now, in a table in Pages, with a numbered list (fig 1), I want to indent or tab a line (fig 2) and have the number change accordingly. If I simply change the bullet indent settings, (fig 3) the numbering doesn't change.

In the past I would simply do an Opt-Tab. I've tried other shortcuts, but without success.

Anyone know the new shortcut?
