Can a secondary user access my eSIM without my consent?

Is it possible for a secondary user to set up an eSIM on my device without my knowledge, and be able to control and modify my user options with usage of my device??? This is a question, and major concern for me, I am new to the use of apple, I know that these are real issues with androids. I was told by apple users ,that there phones were very secure

SIMS on iPhones only provide telephone service. They do not interact with the phone's other services.

There is no such things as a secondary user on an iPhone. Only one person can be signed into an iPhone at any one time and letting a second person sign in can lead to all kinds of complications and data transfer.
