Why do I get "Netserver wants to log in" message on my Mac Studio?

Why when I log in I get this "Netserver wants to log in. Why?

Macbook can't connect to apple servers (safari doesn't load discussions.apple.com, no updates in App Store) I recently decided to use again mu Macbook pro Mid 2014. I reinstalled MacOS, current version is OS X 10.9.5 (Maverick?). I wanted to update version to latest availabel and compatible with my mac, but I can't do anything: I can't open discussions.apple.com. It shows that Safari can't establish secure connection to server discussions.apple.com I can't login to App Store, it says that email or password are incorrect, meanwhile I receive request on my other device connected to save icloud account and same credentials work when I try to login from third device App store itself doesn't show downloads available

My Mac keeps asking me "do you want the application "SyncAppServer" to accept incoming network connections?" whatever I do I tried to click "Deny" or "Allow", but this window popped out again after a while. I tried to change it in the Firewall pane of Security & Privacy preferences, but it cannot be deleted. Please help me out with this, thank you!

I don't get that message and have NEVER seen it, or heard a report of its appearance.

I never had that message in my previous IMac but since I purchased my Mac Studio M2 the message has been appearing each time I reboot it.
