Why do I get errors when adding cards to Apple Pay?

One week ago I bought the iphone 15 and these two days I have been facing problems with apple pay. First, it told me that I need to update my phone and so I did but to no avail. Then, I tried adding my revolut card and my bank card and an error is popping up saying that I need to contact my card issuer. I think the problem lays within the apple pay and not the card issuer because I had an iphone xr before for 5 days and had never occured any problems.

Can someone help me please ? I tried changing the region but to no avail.
