Recovering iPhone Videos

I was using iMovie to stitch together a bunch of videos I had but before I saved the project in Files or in Photos, I deleted the videos since I didn't have enough storage to save the project. I can't recover these videos from Recently Deleted since I had to empty that in order to have enough space. I also didn't have iCloud on so the photos and videos weren't backed up. I'm wondering if iMovie has copies of these photos and videos since the GB of the app didn't go down after I deleted the videos from Photos. I'm not sure what to do...
