Imbalanced transparency & noise cancellation mode airpods pro 2

im experiencing really bad issues on my airpods 2, been updating iOs 17.1 iPhone 12 pro, resetting the airpods but still had the same issues imbalance transparency & noise cancellation, its so frustrating remembering i had my airpods gen 2 which cannot be reset, and the this airpods pro 2 disappointing me a LOT

the transparency on my left is like muffled and really hard to listen the voice around me and same goes to the noise cancellation also more noisy than the right ones
