How do I retrieve the IMEI of a iPhone 7 with the no service issue (if possible)

I have a silver iPhone 7 with the dreaded no service problem, the IMEI is not displaying in any tool (though on device, Apple Configurator, and 3rd party tools) the device is not set up and is on the Hello Screen, "Unable to activate" the SIM trey is also missing

Also they tell you how to find the IMEI on an iPhone their directions are mixed up between phones but that’s because they are only customer service ZERO technical skill. if anyone has any ideas let me know. Do you have the Info button on the bottom right corner of the Hello screen, or are you able to view it on your SIM tray as detailed here:

the sim trey is missing (I just updated the description), and the hello screen's info button only displays the serial number
