I'm trying to send an iMovie to someone in Messeging but it keeps telling me that
"iMessage needs to be enabled to send this message "
iMessage is turned on
I have cut iMessage off and on
I have cut iMessage and Facebook off and rebooted iPhone,
Still can't send

Try sending the video text to yourself. If successful, that would tell you that the problem is on your recipient's end.

Not sure exactly. I would think he should check his iMessage settings/preferences and make sure that iMessage is fully enabled.
