We have a premiere Apple package which is shared among our 3 family members. My son's phone since he updated it the last time will not download the Apple Fitness+ workkouts which he uses. It states unable to access Apple Fitness+ content at this time. I can however access it on mine. Any suggestions?

Have him to to Settings>General>Language & Region>Region and, regardless of what it says, reselect the United States.
