Usually, because somewhere along the path, you were offered and accepted a calendar subscription.

The folks that offered that subscription are no longer maintaining the domain and its security, so these messages arise.

Look for an unrecognized subscribed calendar.

If you should find an unrecognized subscribed calendar, remove that subscribed calendar.

This pop-up is usually a subscribed calendar that has expired.
