I Use outlook as my email-program on my iPhone (11) and my (Lenovo-laptop) . All of a sudden, while using my laptop, it keeps asking me to provide the password for the server. I have forgotten the password and i can't find how to recover o or change it. Please help!

Outlook is a Microsoft product ask them or look at their support page on how to change your password.
How can I reset my Email password?
