My passwords are bein atime set along with different random focus settings, can this person get in to my phone through having my emie if not what would be some other possible ways so I know what steps to take wether it be a whole new phone , different carrier or etc…

As there are no viruses that can infect an iPhone you do not have ANY virus on your phone.
