How do I increase the size of the thumbnail images in the Pages app on my iPad Air? I can find no means of doing so.
The images on my old SMALLER iPad were actually legible. One would think that with a bigger screen the images would be even larger and more legible, not less. Honestly, what benefit do the thumbnail images provide if one can’t simply look at them to determine their content?

Unlike the macOS version of Pages v14.1 where you have a grip to widen the thumbnail gallery and inherently slightly enlarge the thumbnails, on iPadOS17.6.1, there is no means to achieve this function.
Thanks for responding but this needs to be fixed. This really should never have gotten by the people who should be asking of every feature, "What purpose is this feature supposed to serve?" and, "Is it actually serving that purpose the best way possible--or at all?" Thanks again.
There are no Apple product team members, or Apple Support participating in these public, user-supported community posts and you can submit your comments directly to the Pages product team from the application's Provide Pages Feedback menu item.
Due to platform differences, the Pages application for Mac, iOS, and iPadOS are all implemented differently. It shows. 🙃
