I'm setting up iPhone 13 for a child and getting stuck on the parental controls page. No matter what option I choose, I cannot progress past the page or go back. This seems to be a glitch. See above.

Are you using family sharing to do that ? For kids is highly recommended use family sharing , there isn’t glitches
