14 pro max got green display after 17.6 software update

My 14 pro max got green screen after the latest update of 17.6 after the update first screen got flikering and then after 2 days display completely went to green colour . It had happend after the software update before the same green display issue was with 13 series now its with 14 series .many people who are having 14 series are currently facing the same issue in the phone that screen began to green after the update apple are providing.

Actually its really heartbreaking spending money over 1 lakh 40 thousand and after 1 year 4 months phone got display issues thats by the update provided by apple. Apple has to find a solution for this. everyone nowadays are really afraid to do updates also. The trustablity of apple is going down nowadays its really heartbreaking for a customer who is using apple products for the past 8 years.

Hope Apple will come up with a solution for this. like before they have given free display change for those who are facing green display issue after the software update and without warranty period also many got changed their display for free cost, hope the same will be applicable for the 14 series also.....

[[UPDATE]] My iPhone screen will be replaced free of charge. Just follow the steps below:

NOTE: If your phone is still under warranty, you can proceed with sending it to the nearest Apple Authorized Service Center. If not, like mine, which had the warranty coverage ended 2-3 months ago, you must meet the criteria below:

  • It does not have any fall or liquid damage.
  • The device has not been opened by you or any third-party repair experts.

  1. Contact Apple Support via call or chat.
  2. Provide details about the problem, when and how it occurred. (They will assist with basic troubleshooting.)
  3. If the problem persists, they will advise you to visit the nearest Apple Authorized Service Center. (They will help you set an appointment.)
  4. Have your device diagnosed by an Apple Certified Technician at the store and wait for the diagnostic results via email.
  5. Once you receive the Diagnostic Results, contact Apple Support and provide the Case ID (which was first created for you when setting the appointment) and a summary of the process you’ve gone through.
  6. Provide the Diagnostic Results to Apple Support, and they will expedite the issue with their Advisors.
  7. Wait for a callback from one of their advisors, who will process your request.

I hope this helps anyone who encounters the same problem after their warranty coverage recently ended.

Same here, after iOS 17.6 update, screen started from flickering to green screen the next day. Tried updating it to 17.6.1 since I was able to screen capture my iPhone 14 pro max to my laptop using my Elgato Game Capture HD60. But to my surprise, it did not work. Tried Reset All Settings but failed as well.

I have my phone with for 1 year and 3 months now. How unlucky of us that it occurred after warranty expired. I'll be sending my phone to an Apple Service Center later and have it checked and see if they would replace it free of charge.
