app store error "your account has not been configured for app store yet" leads to: For assistance contact itunes support at "apple.com/support/itunes/ww"

when i try to download any app from the app store, it tells me that my account hasn't been used with app store yet:

so when i click on "Review" and then fill out my information, It gives me the error "For assistance contact iTunes support at apple.com/support/itunes/ww:

so i go to the apple support website but another problem, i can't find my country, i live in pakistan, so i am unable to find support for my device, any help would be much much appreciated, please help me.
