If you haven't already: Please check you are signed in (to your device) with your correct Apple ID,

Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support

Else: Wondering what happens when you try, (eg: error message ?), and what you have tried already to solve the situation, and which of the many possible problem-solutions may help with your particular problem.
