Trust asset version 1003

Can anyone help me out with this?

For the last few years I’ve continually had these things appear in my

‘Certificate Trust Settings’

Trust store version 2024040500

Trust Asset version 1003

I buy a new phone, within 24 hours it’s appeared & I can’t remove them.

This has been my 6th iPhone to have it happened too.

Along with that, I constantly have things read before I read them, photos appear in my photo roll which I haven’t taken, of stuff I haven’t seen in places I have ever been to but are local to my area. Please help.
